Chief Elijah Moonias is the elected Chief of the Marten Falls Band.  As he describes his duties, and travels with his band to an ancestral camp, Chief Moonias outlines his hopes for his community.  He sees innovation and progress as a chance for true self sufficiency, and a way for his people to ensure their own future.
